Insurance and Finances

We participate with Aetna Dental Extend, Cigna DPPO, and Guardian Dentalguard Preferred Plus networks; however, we are happy to submit claims on your behalf as long as your insurance plan allows you to see an out-of-network provider. If you are out-of-network and would like to become a patient, we strongly suggest that you verify that you have out-of-network benefits before scheduling. As a courtesy, we can look into this for you prior to your first visit if you provide us with some basic personal and insurance information. We are also happy to file pre-determination of benefits before scheduling treatment if you wish.

We accept check, credit/debit card, and cash as forms of payment. If you require financing, we work with CareCredit to offer interest-free payment plans as well as extended payment terms with interest. For more information on CareCredit, you can visit their site at the link below.
